Hi, I'm Jolene, the Volunteer and Connection Pastor. We believe serving is part of growing closer to Jesus, and want to help you find a place to serve that uses your unique gifts.

There are many ways to serve at Hope! Just above, you saw our one-time volunteer events coming up.  If you're looking for a longer-term role, below is a list of our volunteer teams for ongoing commitment.

Greeter Team

Help us create a welcoming environment during Sunday services just by saying hello and helping guests find their way around. To contact Pastor Jolene, click the button below.

Meals Team

Help with funeral meals or provide meals for families with new babies or an illness in the family. Contact the church office, 316-858-9100, or email using the button below.

Kids Team

Help kids age birth-5th grade learn about who God is. There are many ways to help, including check-in, teacher, class helper, nursery, special needs, and more. Contact Pastor Ashley; click below

Middle School or High School Team

Invest time and love in the next generation! Our activities run according to the Andover Schools calendar, primarily meeting on Sun. morning and Wed. evening. Oh, and the occasional mission trip!

Multimedia Team

Service Team

Serve behind the scenes to help people connect with God. Contact AVL Coordinator Brandon Whiteside, or Worship Pastor Sam Johnson.
Are you handy with tools, or able to paint or sweep? This team works together to provide home upkeep and repairs for widows and others in need. Contact Matt Rivers using this button.

VBS Team

Help with setting up, running crafts, teaching -- it takes many people and many skills to run VBS! Monday - Friday mornings one week in early June. Contact Pastor Ashley; click below.
