On Friday, January 24th, come to Hope and check in your student between 6:00-6:30pm (we will NOT be ready any sooner and there is no need to be earlier or later than this). To help your check-in go smoothly please follow a these few simple directions:

1. Leave your luggage in the car and make your way inside to check-in.
2. Make your way to the girls and boys lines inside to check in your student.
3. Sign the Westminster Woods waiver.
4. If you have medications that your child must have during our retreat we need you to do 2 things:
   • Make sure to indicate what medications your child is taking on the online registration form.
   • Please pack the medication in a separate ziplock back with your child’s name on it.
5. Receive your cabin number Name Tag.
6. Take your luggage and place it next to the trailer for loading.
7. Students are allowed one piece of luggage (and sleeping bag if you are going that route). They are welcome to hold their pillow on the bus.

*Students will all get a late night snack Friday, but we are not feeding them supper. Make sure they are well fed before arriving.

After a weekend full of activities, the bus will come pick up the kids on Sunday, January 26th. We’ll have everyone back to Hope by 1:30 pm.
